Our emotional health and Physical wellbeing are connected. If we take care of our emotional health by dealing with our Stress and Anxiety then we will see great changes with out physical health.
This has now been scientifically proven, although Eastern philosophy have always known this. I am passionate about helping and empowering you with your stress and anxiety related illness. Some of which are IBS, High Blood Pressure, Panic attacks heart dis-ease, digestion and immune related Illness.
I have worked for many years with a wonderful Swedish teacher and mentor who taught me mind and body connection and how it affects our mental and physical wellbeing. I then went onto complete a PH.D in Doctor of science of the mind specializing in Holistic Health Coaching.
I have experienced stress and anxiety in my life and the knowledge i have required over the years has helped me to come to terms with my stress and anxiety most of it brought on by living with a narcissitic personality for 42 years. I believe it was through my teachings and having a great coach to help me that got me through the affects this had on my mental and physical wellbeing.
If we change our thoughts about our health related issues then our health can improve.

Most of my adult life I have been intrigued by the knowledge of how the mind and body work to improve our health.
I decided to learn Reflexology which helped with my awareness of how the mind and body are connected. Our thoughts and feelings can have a huge impact on our physical health.
Our negative thoughts can have an impact on our wellbeing.
In my work I have seen how stress and anxiety can cause illness in the body. I have used this knowledge to too help empower people and myself to have better physical health.
Through these experiences I now know that a lot of our illness is stress related. Stress can affect how we feel and our feelings are centered around the heart area.
When our mind and heart work together we can see real improvement with our physical health.
